Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), set up in 1991, is the largest and permanent exhibition centre in India's private sector. It consists of four halls occupying over 40,000 sqm of air-conditioned exhibition space.
The centre is ideally situated along the Western Express Highway in Goregaon and within a 10 minute drive from the National as well as the International airports and 20 minute from the heart of the city. There are numerous hotels within a 15 minute radius, over six of the being 5 star. Ideal entertainment, retail shopping & sightseeing spots are also in close proximity. IDEM India will occupy Hall VI which provides a gross space of around 11,800 square meters. The air conditioned hall has a ceiling height of 16.5 to 20,91 meters.
